Hypnotherapy is a method of communication, you are in a relaxed state of mind, with a heightened state of awareness allowing for positive suggestions to take root in the sub conscious mind. People experience hypnosis feelings, similar to daydreaming, watching television, listening to music, driving (remember those times when you cannot remember the journey when you arrive somewhere and the time just before waking up and going to sleep.
